15% surcharge will be applied to all tours operating on a public holiday. This includes
National and State recognized public holidays.

Full payment for tours is required when booking the tour.
If the booking is cancelled under 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued.

If the booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, a refund will be issued, minus 10%.
All guests are encouraged to read each tour itinerary before choosing and booking a
tour. Tasmania Boutique Tours is happy to provide further assistance and
recommendations in relation to tours before the guest books their tour.

If the guest is a cruise ship passenger and for unforeseen circumstances the ship is
unable to dock in the Port of Burnie, a full refund will be issued, minus 10%.

Guests may wish to leave valuables locked in the vehicle, but Tasmania Boutique Tours will not take responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
All guests are to always follow the directions of the tour operator/guide whilst on tour.

All guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for their tour. This includes appropriate footwear. Tasmania Boutique Tours will take no responsibility for guests who are not wearing appropriate clothing/footwear for the activities that they are participating in. Tasmania Boutique Tours will not be able to offer the service. Any booking fee or payment will be fully forfeited.

Guests must inform the tour operator if they do not consent to any photos being used on the business’s website, social media or for marketing purposes. Guests will be asked at the start of their tour if they consent to these photos being used.

Passengers must as per section 16 – it is offence by Traveller’s if:
A person travelling on a vehicle providing a passenger transport service must not do anything to endanger the safety of himself, herself or another person, or the vehicle, or any of the vehicle’s fittings, or the property of another person, or behave in an offensive
or indecent manner, or use any profane, indecent, obscene, offensive, or blasphemous language, or throw anything inside or from the vehicle.

A person travelling as a passenger on a vehicle providing a regular passenger service must not: smoke, consume alcohol or possess an open container of alcohol or litter, or have an animal on board the vehicle, other than an animal permitted by law, or place his or her feet on the seats of the vehicle, or spit on any part of the vehicle, or play an instrument, or busk.
